Smooth glass only: the suction cups need clean, flat glass. They will not hold on frosted or textured glass, or on window frames.
Check it regularly: suction cups can lose grip over time or with big temperature changes, so give it a firm check now and then and re-press if needed.
Snug for the biggest cats: at about 55 × 35cm it suits most cats, but a very large Maine Coon may find it a tight fit.

Frequently asked questions
Will it fit a large cat like a Maine Coon or a Ragdoll?
The 20kg weight limit easily covers Ragdolls, British Shorthairs, Bengals and Maine Coons. The bed is about 55 × 35cm, so most cats stretch out comfortably, though a very large Maine Coon may be a snug fit.
Will it stick to any window?
It works on clean, smooth, flat glass. It will not hold on frosted or textured glass or on window frames. Wipe the glass first for the best grip.
How do I put it up?
It takes four steps: clean the glass, press on the suction cups, attach the bed, and check it is secure. The installation guide is in the product photos.
Is it suitable for kittens?
Yes, kittens can use it. Watch them for the first few days while they get used to it, and check the suction cups are firmly attached.
