When will my order arrive?

Each mug is made to order, so it's printed within 2-5 working days, then shipped. UK delivery is typically 3-7 working days in total; the EU and US around 5-10; the rest of the world a little longer. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free to the UK, Europe and the US, with tracking included. For everywhere else it's a flat £6.99, no matter how much you order.

Which size should I choose?

The 11oz (325 ml) is a classic everyday cup; the 15oz (440 ml) is a generous big-mug size for serious coffee and tea drinkers. Both carry the same design - just pick how big you like your brew.

Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes - it's safe for both. To keep the print at its brightest for as long as possible, we recommend washing on the top rack or by hand with warm soapy water.

What's your returns policy?

Because each mug is printed just for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind - but if there's ever a print fault or your order arrives damaged, email us a photo and we'll reprint or refund it, no fuss.
