Frequently asked questions
What size should I order?
It runs true to size with a regular unisex fit — order what you normally wear. If you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, size up. The size chart above has exact chest width and length measurements.
Does it suit owners of all Lab colours?
Yes — the "Loyal Companion" design is about the breed, not the coat, so Yellow, Chocolate and Black Lab owners all wear it proudly.
How do I wash it without damaging the print?
Turn it inside-out and machine wash cold, then tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly over the print. Cared for this way, DTG prints stay crisp for years.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free and fully tracked to the UK, EU, US, Australia and more than 40 countries in total. Everywhere else ships free too. For estimated delivery times to your location, see our contact page or check the information at checkout.
Can I return it if it's not right?
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, visit our contact page and we'll sort it out. Returns are free within 30 days for unused items in original condition.
