Most sofa throws slide off the second a paw lands on them. PawGuard™ doesn't — it drapes over the arm or seat of any sofa or armchair, with a non-slip base underneath to keep it in place. Your cat or dog gets a cosy spot of their own to curl up in, and you keep the fur, scratches and stains off the furniture underneath.

Keeps your sofa safe

Doubles as a barrier between your pet and your furniture, so muddy paws, shedding fur and the odd scratch land on the cushion instead of your sofa.

A proper curl-up spot

The raised side bolster gives head and neck support, so your pet has somewhere they'll actually choose to settle for a nap rather than just tolerate.

Stays where you put it

A soft plush surface sits on top of a non-slip base, which helps it stay put when pets jump up or resettle — rather than sliding off with them.

Sizing: Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly, as is normal for soft furnishings. If you're between sizes, sizing up is usually the safer choice for a sofa arm.

Washing: We recommend spot cleaning rather than a full machine wash — the fabric and non-slip backing aren't designed for repeated machine washing.

Grip: The non-slip base helps it stay in place during normal use, but very energetic pets jumping on and off repeatedly may occasionally shift it — it isn't fixed to the sofa.

Colour: Currently available in White only. If you're after a different colour, this isn't the one — yet.

Will it stay on my sofa?

The base has a non-slip layer to help it stay put during normal use, though very energetic pets may occasionally shift it.

What size should I choose?

Medium (75 x 55cm) suits cats and small dogs like Chihuahuas, French Bulldogs and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Large (90 x 80cm) suits small-to-medium dogs such as Cocker Spaniels, Beagles and Border Collies, or larger cats. Check your sofa arm or seat before ordering.

Is it suitable for large dogs?

No — it's sized for cats and small-to-medium dogs. A Labrador or German Shepherd will simply be too big for either size.

Is it machine washable?

We recommend spot cleaning rather than a full machine wash.

What colour does it come in?

It's available in White with a herringbone-style plush pattern.
