Inside, a removable cotton cushion pad keeps the base comfortable and warm, and a knotted rope toy hangs from the handle loop on every variant. How do I clean it?
The cotton cushion pad is removable — take it out and spot clean or hand wash as needed. The woven basket itself is best wiped down with a damp cloth; avoid soaking the rope as this can affect the shape. We recommend allowing the basket to air dry fully before returning the cushion.
My basket arrived a bit compressed — is that normal?
