PawSnake™ is designed for supervised interactive play on hard floors. Do not press the bottom wheels by hand — this can damage the drive mechanism. Always charge fully before first use. Not suitable for unsupervised play or very young kittens.

Will it work on carpet?
PawSnake™ is designed for hard floors — tile, laminate, and wood. On thick carpet the bottom wheels may struggle to drive the S-shape crawling motion. Low-pile rugs may work, but hard floors give the best performance.
Is it safe for kittens?
Suitable for kittens and adult cats. As with all motorised toys, supervised play is recommended — especially with younger or very excitable cats. Keep the cable stored safely when not in use.
My cat just stares at it — what should I do?
Some cats need a moment. Place PawSnake™ on the floor, switch it on, then step back — removing your presence often triggers the hunting response. A gentle touch to the tail as it moves can also kick off a chase. Most cats that initially stare will be pouncing within a minute.
How do I wake it up after it goes to sleep?
PawSnake™ enters sleep mode after 1 minute of inactivity to preserve charge. A firm tap on the head reactivates it instantly — no need to switch off and on again.
What type of charger does it use?
Micro-USB. The cable is included in the box and works with any standard USB adapter (phone charger, laptop port, USB hub). A full charge takes around 30 minutes and delivers up to 60 minutes of play.
