Multi-level climbing · Enclosed condo · 3 sisal posts · Anti-topple strap
Most cat trees are one scratching post, one platform, and a lot of wasted space. The PawTower™ gives a cat what they actually want: height to survey the room, an enclosed den to disappear into, multiple scratch stations they don’t have to queue for, and something to bat on the way past.
The PawTower™ cat climbing tower stands 112 cm tall across four activity levels — a wide top perch for surveying the room, a circular mid platform for lounging, a side step platform for older cats who need an easier route up, and a ground-level base wide enough to anchor the whole structure. At the centre: a fully enclosed cat condo with an arched 18 cm doorway, deep enough for a cat to curl up and feel genuinely hidden. Three natural sisal-wrapped posts (7 cm diameter) run the full height, giving cats dedicated scratch stations at every level so they’re never waiting to use one.
The frame is covered throughout in soft plush — dark brown, grey, or beige — with a reinforced 3 cm particleboard base that keeps everything stable. A wall-mount anti-topple strap is included, which we’d recommend using: a 112 cm tower with a cat leaping on and off at full speed should be anchored.
What’s at each level
| Level | Dimensions | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Top perch | 30 × 30 cm, raised rim | High lookout — instinctive for cats who need to survey the room |
| Mid platform | Ø 40 cm circular | Lounge deck — wide enough to stretch, soft enough to nap |
| Condo | 30 cm diameter × 25 cm tall, 18 cm arched entrance | Enclosed hide — satisfies cats’ instinct to observe from a concealed position |
| Side step | 40 × 25 cm flat platform | Intermediate route up — useful for older cats and kittens still building confidence |
| Base | 40 × 40 cm, 3 cm thick | Reinforced P2 particleboard foundation — the stability anchor for everything above |
Three sisal posts. Not one.
Most cat trees give you a single scratching post and hope for the best. The PawTower™ has three — each 7 cm in diameter, wrapped in natural sisal rope. That’s thick enough for cats to really lean into a scratch. Having posts at multiple heights means cats can scratch at whatever level suits their mood: an upright full-body stretch, a mid-height bat, or a low horizontal rake near the base. And in a multi-cat household, three posts means they’re not competing for the same one.
Natural sisal is what cats prefer over carpet-wrapped posts. It shreds in a way that feels rewarding, maintains grip as it wears, and doesn’t shed microplastics. It’s also the material that redirects scratching away from your sofa — not because cats are learning a lesson, but because the sisal is genuinely more satisfying to scratch than fabric upholstery.
The condo: a hide, not a decoration
Cats use enclosed spaces to regulate body temperature, reduce sensory overload, and feel safe enough to fully relax — which is different from just lying down. The PawTower™’s condo is a fully enclosed cylinder with a single arched doorway. There’s no second entrance, which means no ambush anxiety. The interior is lined with the same soft plush as the rest of the tower.
The condo entrance is 18 cm wide × 20 cm tall. It’s well-suited to cats up to around 5–6 kg. If you have a large-breed cat — a Maine Coon, Norwegian Forest Cat, or a Ragdoll over about 6 kg — the entrance may be too narrow for comfortable entry and this tower won’t be right for them.
Worth knowing
This tower is designed for small-to-medium cats, and works well for 2–3 cats simultaneously. It is not designed for large breeds over ~6 kg or cats who launch at full speed from the very top without the wall-mount strap installed. The anti-topple strap is included and takes about two minutes to fit — use it.
The plush covering spot-cleans well with a damp cloth. It is not machine washable.
Assembly
All tools and hardware are included in the box — a hex key, screws, and bolt connectors. The modular column design means each section slots and bolts into position; no specialist tools required. Most customers report assembly taking 30–45 minutes. The columns and platforms are pre-covered in plush, so there’s no wrapping to do.
The anti-topple strap attaches to the top of the tower and loops to a screw in the wall or a skirting board. A wall plug is needed if you’re fixing into plaster — this is not included in the box (standard issue in most households). For renters or anyone who can’t drill: the reinforced 3 cm base provides significant standalone stability, but we’d still recommend placing the tower against a wall rather than in the middle of a room.

Questions
Will this fit my cat?
The tower is designed for small-to-medium cats and works well for most domestic shorthairs and longhairs up to about 5–6 kg. The condo entrance is 18 cm wide × 20 cm tall (arched), which is comfortable for cats in that weight range.
If you have a large breed — a Maine Coon, Norwegian Forest Cat, large Ragdoll or similar — the condo entrance is likely to be too narrow. The platforms themselves will still work, but the condo won’t. If the condo is the main reason you’re buying, this tower isn’t the right fit for large breeds.
Is it stable enough for an active cat?
The 40 × 40 cm base is reinforced to 3 cm thickness and provides solid standalone stability for cats using the tower at normal speed. For cats that launch at full speed from the top perch, or for homes with 2–3 cats using it simultaneously, we recommend attaching the included anti-topple strap to the wall. It takes about two minutes to fit and makes a meaningful difference at 112 cm.
If you can’t drill into the wall (renting, etc.), placing the tower flush against a wall corner rather than in open space gives the next-best stability.
How do I clean it?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The plush covering is not machine washable. For hair removal, a lint roller or rubber brush works well on the plush surfaces. The sisal posts will naturally shred and fray over time — this is normal and doesn’t affect function.
How hard is it to assemble?
All tools and hardware are included: hex key, bolt connectors, and screws. The modular sections slot and bolt together. Most customers complete assembly in 30–45 minutes without specialist tools. The platforms and columns come pre-covered in plush — there’s no fabric wrapping required.
If you want to attach the anti-topple strap to a plaster wall you’ll need a wall plug (rawl plug), which isn’t in the box — standard in most households.
Which colour should I choose?
Dark Brown blends into warm, wood-toned living spaces and hides fur from darker-coloured cats particularly well. Grey is the most neutral and suits modern and Scandinavian-style interiors. Beige works in lighter rooms and tends to show dark cat hair more than the other two options — worth factoring in if you have a black or dark tabby.
Also in the cat range: PawBunny interactive cat toy ball — a self-rolling plush ball with 3 interchangeable covers and 3 motion modes. And PawNook cat cave — a standalone enclosed hideout for cats who want a dedicated den.
