Does the water leak when it's clipped to a bag?
In normal carry position (upright or angled in a bag pocket) the cap seals hold. It's not rated for submersion or fully inverted carry with a full water chamber — keep it upright or in a side pocket rather than horizontal in a main compartment with electronics.
