Honest Notes
Size by chest, not weight. The weight ranges are a guide only — chest circumference is what matters. Measure your dog's chest at the widest point before ordering. If between sizes, go larger.
This is a comfort harness, not a no-pull training harness. It distributes pull pressure well, but it doesn't have a front clip or anti-pull design. If your dog pulls hard on lead, a front-clip harness will be more effective for training.
The padded chest panel is not removable. Hand wash in cool water and air dry. Don't machine wash — it can deform the padding and affect the buckle.
Colours photograph slightly differently on screen. The Blue is a mid-tone denim blue and the Purple is a soft heather-purple — both lighter and more muted in person than they can appear on some screens.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I measure my dog for the right size?
Use a soft tape measure around the widest part of your dog's chest (just behind the front legs). Match that measurement to the chest column in the size table above — not the weight. If your dog is between two sizes and has a deep or broad chest, choose the larger one.
Will this work for a pulling dog?
The padded chest panel means pulling is more comfortable for your dog than a collar — it won't put pressure on their throat. However, this harness has a back clip only, which doesn't actively discourage pulling. If pulling is a significant issue, a front-clip or dual-clip harness will give you more control during training.
How do I put it on and take it off?
Slip the padded panel over your dog's head, bring the straps around their body, and click the quick-release buckle shut at the side. To remove, press the two tabs on the buckle simultaneously and it releases instantly. No need to lift legs or thread straps — on and off in seconds once your dog is used to it.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash in cool water with a mild soap. Rinse well and leave to air dry flat or hanging — do not tumble dry or machine wash as this can damage the padding and degrade the reflective yarn over time.
