Not recommended for dogs still in recall training or for use near roads without supervision. The cord is strong but not indestructible — check regularly for fraying, especially with larger or stronger dogs.

How does the lock work?
Two buttons sit on top of the handle — the loosen key releases cord freely, and the hold-on key locks it at whatever length you need. Press and hold to keep your dog at a fixed distance.
Is it suitable for large dogs?
Yes, it's designed for small to large dogs. For very strong or reactive dogs, we'd recommend a fixed lead or our heavier-duty options for added control.
