Built tough, not indestructible. The rubber handles serious chewing well, but no toy survives a truly determined power chewer indefinitely. Inspect regularly and replace if the ball develops deep splits or the rope starts to unravel significantly.
Size up for large breeds. The 7cm ball is right for small to medium dogs. For larger breeds with big jaws, the 9cm is the safer choice — a ball that fits entirely in the mouth is a choking risk.

How do I clean it?
Rinse the ball under warm water, using a bottle brush or skewer to clean inside the hollow core. The rope can be rinsed and air-dried. Avoid machine washing as it can loosen the rope-to-ball connection over time.
