Cleaning: Disconnect fully from USB before cleaning. Spot clean the fabric surface — do not submerge the pad or controller in water.
Not recommended for pets who chew cables — the inline controller cord should be kept out of reach when unsupervised.

Is it safe to leave on while my pet sleeps?
The built-in overheat protection helps keep the pad within a safe temperature range. We still recommend checking on your pet during use, especially during the first few sessions while you find the right heat setting.
Is it suitable for cats as well as dogs?
Yes — the WarmPad works just as well for cats. At 47×37cm it comfortably fits most cats and small to medium dogs.
