Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit any front door?
Yes — at 24" x 16" this is a standard doormat size that fits most front doors, porches and entryways.
Is it really OK to leave outside?
Yes, it's designed for outdoor use and handles rain and daily wear well. We'd still recommend a covered porch or step over a fully exposed spot for the longest life.
How do I clean it?
Shake off loose debris or brush it with a stiff broom. It isn't machine washable, so avoid soaking it or putting it through a washing machine.
How long does delivery take?
We offer free worldwide delivery, fully tracked. For estimated delivery times to your location, see our contact page or check the information at checkout.
Can I return it if it's not right?
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, visit our contact page and we'll sort it out. Returns are free within 30 days for unused items in original condition.
