Not a replacement for supervision: a net helps pet-proof a space, but it does not guarantee your cat cannot fall or escape. Please do not leave a cat alone in a space you have not checked.
Fix it securely: the net only works if every edge is fixed with no gaps. Check the fixings and the net itself regularly, and replace it if it is worn or damaged.
Drilling needed: the hooks and rawlplugs are designed to go into a wall or frame. If you rent, check you are allowed to drill first.
Measure first: sizes are approximate, so measure your space and allow for a little extra.

Which size should I choose?
Measure the opening you want to cover and choose the size that covers it with a little to spare. 3 × 4 m suits a small balcony or window, 3 × 10 m a long run, and 5 × 5 m a wider space. The net can be trimmed if it is too big.
Will a kitten or small cat fit through the mesh?
The mesh holes are about 2.5cm across, which is small enough to stop paws and heads pushing through. Kittens and small breeds like Siamese and Abyssinians should be supervised while they get used to it.
How do I put it up?
Fix the hooks into the wall or frame using the rawlplugs, then thread the rope through the edge of the net and secure it to the hooks. The six-step guide in the product photos shows each stage.
Does it guarantee my cat cannot fall?
No net can guarantee that. PawShield™ is designed to help pet-proof a balcony or window, but it only works if it is fixed securely with no gaps, and it should be checked regularly. Please keep supervising your cat.
