PawMark™ — 3D Paw Print Stickers (Set of 2)

PawMark™ — 3D Paw Print Stickers (Set of 2)

Quantity

Not a bumper sticker. Two domed 3D paw prints in metallic black, silver, red, or gold — finished under a glossy resin coating that catches the light from across a car park.

Most paw print stickers are flat printed vinyl. PawMark isn't. Each paw is a moulded vinyl base finished with a domed clear-resin top coat — the same finish you see on premium car badges and bottle-cap collectibles. The result is a small piece of three-dimensional jewellery for your boot lid, your laptop lid, your water bottle, or whatever flat surface you put it on. People notice them. Then they ask where you got them.

You get two paws per pack — left and right, mirrored — sized at 70 × 60 mm. Four colourways (Black, Silver, Red, Gold). Self-adhesive backing peels off; the paw goes on; you press for ten seconds; you're done.

Three reasons people pick these over flat stickers

1. The dome catches the light. A flat printed sticker disappears at ten paces. The resin dome on a PawMark catches sun, headlights, and shop-front glare — it reads from across a forecourt.

2. Metallic finish, not printed colour. Black is mirror black. Silver and gold are properly metallic — not grey ink with a sparkle. Red is a deep candy red, not a flat pillar-box.

3. They feel like an object, not a graphic. Run your finger across the surface — there's an actual height to the dome. The paw is something you've stuck on, not something you've printed.

At a glance

  • What's in the pack: 2 paw stickers (left + right mirrored)
  • Size per paw: 70 × 60 mm — about the size of a real medium-dog paw
  • Colours: Black · Silver · Red · Gold (pick one per pack)
  • Construction: moulded vinyl base, domed clear-resin top coat
  • Backing: self-adhesive — peel and stick, no tools
  • Where they go: any flat smooth surface — car bodywork, laptops, water bottles, kennels, helmets, bike frames, fridge doors, suitcases
  • Where they don't: tightly curved surfaces (bumper edges with a sharp radius), unpainted/textured surfaces, dirty surfaces
  • Outdoor use: yes — designed to stay put through rain, sun, and routine wash cycles
An honest note about car washes and removal. Most owners report PawMarks ride through standard automatic and pressure washes fine after the adhesive has cured (24 hours after application). High-pressure jets aimed directly at the edge of a sticker, or a fortnightly wash with a stiff brush, will lift any decal eventually — including this one. On removal: with patience and a little warm soapy water the paw will come off cleanly from a smooth painted panel. On older paint, on plastic that's been sun-baked, or if the sticker has been on for years, expect the same residue you'd get from any adhesive — wipe with isopropyl alcohol if needed.

Where they go

  • Car bodywork — boot lid, rear quarter panel, lower door panel, fuel cap surround. Flat panels work better than curved bumper edges.
  • Laptop lid — the metallic finishes look particularly good against a brushed-aluminium MacBook lid.
  • Water bottles, flasks, travel mugs — only on smooth surfaces, not on textured grip coatings.
  • Kennels, crates, dog-bed boxes — kid-friendly way to mark whose-is-whose in a multi-pet home.
  • Helmets, bike frames, scooters — flat panels only. A pair on the rear of a bike helmet reads brilliantly.
  • Suitcases, hard-shell cases, instrument cases — they survive airport handling better than printed stickers.

PawMark vs a flat printed paw sticker

PawMark™ Flat printed sticker
3D effect ✓ Real domed resin — physical height ✗ Printed shadow — flat to the touch
Metallic finish ✓ Genuinely metallic black, silver, gold, red ✗ Inkjet approximation
Outdoor durability ✓ Resin coat sealed against rain & UV ~ Fades and curls within a season
Visibility from a distance ✓ Catches light — reads at 10+ metres ✗ Disappears against bumper colour
Feel ✓ Like a small badge or jewel ✗ Like printed paper

How to apply (90 seconds)

  1. Clean the surface. Wipe with washing-up liquid and water, then a dry microfibre cloth. The supplier's exact phrase: "use detergent to clean the surface of the target before stick it on" — they mean it. Adhesive only sticks to clean.
  2. Position before peeling. Lay the paws on the surface where you want them. Adjust until both sit symmetrically. Then peel the backing off one at a time.
  3. Press and hold for ten seconds. Firm pressure with the heel of your palm. Don't drive through a car wash for the first 24 hours — the adhesive needs time to fully cure.

Which colour for which surface

  • Black — the universal pick. Reads beautifully on white, silver, grey, and metallic-blue cars. Subtle on black bodywork (works as a tone-on-tone detail).
  • Silver — best on dark cars (black, navy, dark grey). Mirror-finish reads brightest in low light.
  • Red — the statement pick. Strongest on white, silver, and grey. Avoid on red cars (clashes).
  • Gold — looks luxurious on dark cars and brushed-aluminium laptops. The dog-mum favourite.

If you can't decide — the four-colour set gives you eight paws total at £14.95, and you can spread them across the car, the laptop, the water bottle, and a friend's birthday card. Most multi-buy customers do this.

Questions answered

Will it stick to my car?

On a clean, smooth, painted panel — yes. On a flat surface like a boot lid, rear quarter panel, or door panel, the adhesive grips well and lasts through wash cycles. Avoid tightly curved bumper edges (the dome doesn't conform to a sharp radius), unpainted plastic, and rough textured surfaces.

Will it survive a car wash?

Once cured (24 hours after application), most owners report PawMarks ride through both automatic and standard pressure washes fine. High-pressure jets aimed directly at the sticker edge will lift any decal over time — including this one. The sealed resin coat handles soap, water, and routine cleaning without dulling.

Will the colour fade in the sun?

The resin top coat is designed to seal the colour against UV. Black, silver, and gold hold their colour particularly well outdoors. Red, like all reds, will eventually shift slightly under prolonged direct sun — that's a property of red pigments, not this product specifically. Indoor surfaces (laptops, water bottles, fridges) keep their colour indefinitely.

Will it leave a mark when I take it off?

On a smooth painted panel that's been outdoors for less than a year — usually no, with patience and warm soapy water. On older paint, sun-baked plastic, or any decal that's been on for years, expect light residue — wipe off with isopropyl alcohol. We honestly can't promise zero residue on every surface; nobody can.

Is it really 3D, or printed to look 3D?

Really 3D. The paw is a moulded vinyl base with a domed clear-resin coating poured on top — you can feel the height with a fingernail. It's the same construction process used on premium car-club badges and limited-edition bottle-cap collectibles. Not a printed gradient.

How big are they really?

70 × 60 mm per paw — about the size of a real medium-dog paw print, or roughly the diameter of a coffee-cup lid. Big enough to be noticed, small enough not to dominate. A pair sits comfortably either side of a car badge.

Black or which other colour?

If you have one car and you want one set, get Black — it works on more body colours than any other finish. Silver is the runner-up if your car is dark. Gold is the laptop pick. Red is the statement. The four-colour set at £14.95 is what most second-time buyers come back for.
